Individual Developmental Therapy

One of our experienced Developmental Therapists will come to your home or your child's daycare, or wherever your child is spending his/her day (park, music class, etc.), and we will help you and your child be successful in your daily life.  We work on social language, increasing vocabulary, mobility, behavior, sensory play, appropriate play skills, or whatever your child needs help with.  If your child has a developmental delay and is eligible for this service, you could receive an hour of therapy per week absolutely FREE of charge!  Your child must be age birth through 2 years old to receive this service FREE.  Please call us to find out more information.

First Journeys is now offering individualized developmental therapy for children ages 3-5.  If you have been receiving developmental therapy from First Journeys, you can now continue these services at a special rate.  You may request 1-4 hours per week.  Please call us for current rates-- 637-5201.

                                                                 Preschool Assistance

Does your child need special assistance in his/her private preschool setting?  We now offer one-on-one assistance to children who are experiencing challenges in their preschool environment.  Our Developmental Therapists will work with your child, you, and your child's teacher to help create a positive situation for everyone involved.  We will helpl your child adjust to classroom routines, develop a behavior plan, give feedback to teachers for how they can help, and be a shadow for your child as she moves through her preschool day.  Please call us for details.
